Compassion.

Food & Fuel.

We understand the difficulties many families are facing because of the cost of living, so whether you need help putting food on the table or you are struggling with fuel costs, we will look to help where we can.

The main ways we provide help with food & fuel are through our Restart Social Supermarket scheme, and small grants which we offer at different points in the year.

If you are in a low income household or are struggling with unmanageable debt, please check out our Restart Social Supermarket website to find out how to get weekly help with your groceries.

If you are interested in small grants then please follow our social media, where we post details of grants as they become available.

Money & Wellbeing.

Do you struggle with your finances or wellbeing? If so, we'd love to come along side you & support you on a journey towards improved financial and mental health.

If you are facing unmanageable debt, then no matter how large or small your problem is, we can help. Through our free CAP debt centre we can advise you on the best route out of debt, and offer support to help you become debt free.

We also run CAP Life skills groups for those struggling with their finances. These provide the confidence and decision making skills needed to live on a low income, with practical money saving techniques to make your money go further.

For those struggling with their wellbeing or mental health, we also partner to run Kintsugi Hope wellbeing groups in the local area. These are a safe and supportive space for people who feel or have felt overwhelmed, providing tools for self-management in a facilitated peer mentoring style setting. Types of issues covered include disappointment, anxiety, shame, & resilience.
